1. I’d go with a grey beige or brown with maybe some warm red tones in it. I would keep it neutral and close to the colors of other permanent elements. Concrete coloring will change and fade over time, keep that in mind as well.

3. honestly, there are sooooo many colors for concrete now that your best bet is to go to the store and look at all the sample colors that are available to you. Take paint chips of your house and your fence and see what you think looks the best with them! You might be surprised what you come up with!

4. I would choose grey to match the house color. Lighter or darker grey will also be fine. Avoid red as the chances are it will clash with the red on the fence.
