sealing concrete is like painting treated wood – it has two cure till very dry then be done – sealer like paint – if theres any moisture in or underneath – the sun will try n pull it thru – thats why paint bubbles n sealer cracks – if theres no plastic under your concrete to keep moisture from pullin thru – this problem will persist
The Licensed and Bonded contractor that did the work is responsible to make it right, give them a call. If they can’t fix it satisfactorily then they need to bust it out and re-do. I think you have 1 year to call them on it, check with the Local Builders Board.
The installer did not finish the concrete correctly in terms of applying the color and sealer. Mine was done over 2 years ago and it still looks great.
The contractor (hopefully it was a contractor, and not you) failed.
Demand that they give you professional results.
I’m a craftsman (I’ve done tons of concrete work, too) and would never expect anyone to accept results that were anything less than professional.
If I screw up, I fix it for free.
Professional results.
