i have recently ha my driveway done.it has two strips of paving flags/stones set on concrete and the rest in concrete.depth is on about 6/7cm.

Ideally you would want to leave it Five 7 days.
Keep it damp for a week
2 weeks is usually the amount of time you want to wait before you drive a car on it.
7-10 days depending on the mix to be 100% if its hot use a hose and wet it to stop it cracking and after the time has past it should be fine
