you could try ebay, a local harware store. Even call a local pool place and see if know know anywhere localy.
Google decorative concrete and you’ll come up with a lot of links. Decorative Concrete Magazine always has lots of ads for stamps.
You might also want to consider broadcasting an anti-slip agent (like silica sand) over your concrete to preclude slips around the pool. I’m clumsy and have never slipped on my concrete bathroom floor because I have the sand over it.
They’ve the generic types at home improvement stores. (Stone and brick designs) You can make your own too, just like stamps for crafters. Cut shapes in wood, (Shells, leaves etc.) attach a handle and press into concrete.
