My husband become what I call a shed anorak for a while last year and our weekends were searching for this perfect shed a bit simular to what you are after.
He found it on the net not sure of address but if you type in garden sheds your world is there friggin thousands and they deliver so no need to spend hours searching it is a click away.
Go to your local zoning committee. They will tell you exactly what you need to do in your area to have a shed put up. If not, and you do it wrong……you will be fined and will have to tear it down and do it again.
concrete……
you can buy a shed at any home center such as home depot. they vary in size from 6′ x 8′, 6′ x 10′, 8’x 10′, 8’x12′ and so on.They also vary in price from a couple hundred bucks up to a couple grand, it all depends on what you want and what you need it for. If its just for your mower and some garden tools, a small 6’x 8′ shed should do the trick. As far as anchoring the shed, you can bolt it right to a concrete slab. Pouring a concrete slab is not an easy job even a small slab. If your a novice diy’er you might ask some of your neighbors if they know a handy man who can do the job. it’s not rocket science and a good handyman should be able to do it. Good luck

Have a look at this one.
Basically it means you should put it on a slap or concrete base.
Make sure the base is sloping ever so slightly to drain water.
½ degree will do the trick.
The answers already given are sufficient to answer your direct question but you should also make sure that you don’t need to obtain planning permission. Unlikely but it does depend on a number of factors which you should check out first. Talk to your local Planning Dept and if you have any doubts please feel free to contact me on via the website shown below. I don’t charge for giving basic advice on these matters.
