If you are experienced you’d charge the normal labor for a brick layer in your area. Here it would be Forty 60$ an hour.
But you have to give the customer a good estimate of time required. I would not hire 1 who couldn’t do that. $60 per hour for how long? I will not write a blank check for the labor. Give a written estimate and do your best to stick to it. If you don’t, you will not be getting and referrals.
A quick way is to figure how much the material costs and then double it. This will cover your labor and proffit. Some companys take the material cost x 2.0, 2.1 or 2.2
if you do not know then i wouldn’t want you to do it.

You might check out the rates of some flooring contractors and check with flooring companies to give you an estimate.
